Hello, at the outset I would like to point out that it was a trip / grouping of about 60 - 65 people. Together with my wife and a few friends we lived in a cottage - an apartment. It consisted of a spacious living room - dining room - kitchen, which perfectly served as a meeting place on cloudy and rainy days. An additional attraction was the fireplace. On the ground floor there was a bathroom with a shower, and on the first floor there was an additional toilet, so we have never experienced a kind of "queue to the bathroom". On the first floor there were two bedrooms, one bright with velux and the other darker with a small window overlooking a stream. The whole resort is located in a very quiet place. The main source of "noise" is only the aforementioned stream, which on hot days was perfect if you wanted to cool down or rest on a rocking bench. There was also a place and attractions for children. They saw a small playground and sandpits there. In addition, it was situated in such a place that parents had their children always on their eyes. The only thing I could get attached to could be meals in the local canteen / restaurant. It is not that the meals were not tasty or something like that. Because the food was good. But there was a little bit of it, and you waited for it a bit long. On average, the meal lasted about 35 to 50 minutes. I don't know if it was poor kitchen performance or insufficient number of waitresses/waiters. At the end he wanted me to talk about swimming pools and SPA. It was very pleasant to use it. The pool wasn't very big, but really big enough to be able to dive a little bit, etc. And if someone felt like a "water whip" and this kind of attraction, they could use it too. In addition, you could warm up in the Jacuzzi. After the trainings, we also eagerly used the saunas, so we could choose between dry and steam, so everyone found something for themselves. The room marked as standard in a 5-star luxury hotel turned out to be a clinic with an extra bed in the form of a field bed located just above the hotel entrance, at the public transport bus stop. Great hotel, minimalist, modern and tasteful. The rooms are cleaned daily, the food I think is very good, but it's a matter of taste. It is located at the exit from Rhodes Town, 10 minutes from the walls of the old town, on the beach on the west side of the island. Sometimes it blows heavily, but everything is compensated for by the wonderful sunsets, which you can enjoy from the pool, bar, restaurant or room - a great thing! In writing this review, I also can't overlook the service, which deserves a huge applause because it takes care of every detail and makes this place even better. As for the downsides, I think we just won't find them here. I can honestly recommend this place! It was a business trip, so I didn't manage to use all the hotel's attractions. My room was perfectly clean and I also had free Wi Fi. The service was excellent and the menu was rich and great. The hotel is located in the center of the city with an intense nightlife, and yet I managed to sleep through the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful in everything. Hello, as many tourists this year, who in the 1st half of August had planned to stay in this hotel and took advantage of the offer of various offices, we were unpleasantly surprised during the chck - in / u, because we got a wristband, but we were offered for the first week of accommodation in another 3-star (said that a similar standard and that it has 5 Greek stars, and it was 10pm. 00) hotel. We were eventually offered to stay at the reception desk, at the Mitsis Hotel next door, 4 nights at the worse hotel in Kiotari and the rest at the Mitsis Rhodes Maris. We felt like a herd chased out of the desert and paid for it ourselves. It was our fifth stay in Rhodes, they flew us out of ITS, but tourists from other countries and other offices were treated similarly. The hotel itself is nicely located, the surroundings are faultless, the staff is more like it (as the tourists who did not quickly let go, they met the other face of some of the receptionists and we were not eager to argue, even when it turned out that they lied to us - they told them that we only lied: ) ) This is the third Mitsis hotel in which we have stayed and the first time we regret our choice. They visited our Zdrój Wojciech only for consumption. The restaurant was advertised as a historic restaurant, but it turned out to be a tighter, bigger room on the first floor in the style of this rather than that of the time. There was no climate. Apart from the spa building itself, nothing seemed to indicate that we were in a historic place. The service was nice, but terribly twisted. I felt a bit like an intruder who is disturbing something undefined. We waited for a long time, because more than 30 minutes for a soup, which was summer. First of all, this hotel does not deserve 4 *-bathrooms as from the times of the People's Republic of Poland, dirt, mess and mushrooms. The rooms are not the worst, but neglected - stinking sofas, walls requiring renovation. The air-conditioning system smelled musty. In the offer of the travel agency zero information about the location of the hotel vis a vis several clubs - in the room guaranteed disco every day until 4 am (and it does not matter from which side you have windows) . We ended up with the fact that on the 1st day we went to get earplugs. The location of the hotel is both an advantage and a disadvantage - an advantage because it is located right on the beach and on the street with all the shops, where "everything happens". Dolmusz stops by the hotel itself - access to Bodrum 3 lira in one side, 3 km. The food is monotonous, most of the food is not good e.g. aubergines in natural yoghurt or pasta in ketchup is standard. What's worse, they don't have basic kitchen utensils - most of the food should be in dishes with covers to keep it warm, unfortunately the hotel doesn't have it and if you don't come to the hour when lunch/dinner starts, you'll have a lot of cold. Almost every day in the evenings they were walking around the "restaurant" in the cats' part of the terrace and I witnessed one of them jumping on a chair and eating meat from someone's plate. The cups and glasses were only washed with water after each use, which is unthinkable for me not to use washing-up liquid and not to talk about scalding them. The problem with giving out 3 drinks for 1 person (it is known that sometimes one person takes more for the rest of the company, and in fact all inclusive to all inclusive. . . . ) Plus daily fresh vegetables and fruits, which were very tasty, sometimes in the evening kebab. We have just come back from a "weekend" stay in Amax, we were tempted to go to this hotel after reading positive reviews. There was a free villa for 4 people, they went with a husband and a child - 2 days is a cost of 1600 PLN so the more they drove us with peace, without worrying what awaits us on the spot. The price finally obliges? The hotel is located in a nice place, we could park our car at the very house. Cottage in the middle requiring renovation, such a typical communist era, old tiles, bathroom in need of renovation, old furniture, fireplace, kitchen equipped with plates of cutlery, etc. A small fridge (and here, after opening it because we came with a month on the girlla, a glass bottle of beer threw up - of course the cost extra payable). A 2-storey cottage downstairs living room with an annexe + a bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms in the bedrooms are full of spiders, flies, flies - but the husband somehow managed to deal with them - although in my opinion the hotel staff should take care of something like that before guests arrive. Bathrooms equipped with sets of cosmetics, I do not know if the quality is good because we have not used anything except soap for washing hands. What surprised us at the very beginning was the number of towels - if the house is for 4 people, then each person should have a set of towels, so we always got them in other hotels. Surprisingly not in the Amax, 2 large towels + 4 small ones to wipe at most the legs or hair on the head. We lit up the grill, sat down, went for a walk to explore the area, and that's all. In the morning breakfast, we were expecting wow - because of the price we paid, as well as the feedback from the facility. After the barbecue we packed up and at 20 we returned home, in the end we had nothing to lose anyway - except for travel, another night and breakfast was not worth it. What was the worst thing about the hotel was the boarding. We had the option All - inclusive. A very nice hotel. Family atmosphere . We were in Klimek in January during the holidays. Very nice staff. The ladies at the reception always advised where to go or what is the schedule for the children on a given day. The slope in Wierchomla is about 10 minutes by car. There are no kettles in the room but you can always ask for hot water in the thermos. I recommend the swimming pool where there is a lifeguard and a super pipe for kids to slide down. It is also worth to use the spa (prices are quite normal). In the bar there are bowling but more for those who want to relax or for children. There is also billiards. A great hotel, we had a family suite, two large rooms, overlooking the sea and it was a great shot in the arm. The food was delicious, and very varied, with several swimming pools and a huge area. They decided to spend the long June weekend in this hotel. We bought the offer on one of the portals offering group shopping. The hotel from outside looks good. However, access to the lake is terrible. There is no designated place to bathe and the beach as for a four-star hotel. The rooms have no deck chairs or chairs on the balconies. For such a large hotel, of course, there were two kayaks and two water bikes available for a fee. The rooms are quite clean but there is no suitable bedding for these standards. In the bathrooms only liquid soap in a collective container. We found ourselves in a bathroom with a bathtub that was lacking in traffic jam. Every request to the staff related to reporting a defect was left without an echo. The food was a great disappointment. Practically no choice, always one species of meat and fish. We felt like we were in the People's Republic of Poland because there were long queues and something was always missing. The price was not adequate to the hotel standard. Clean, the rooms are really good standard, the cleaning ladies don't even know when they cleaned the whole room every day and they did it perfectly. but unfortunately the pool area is already a bit worse. The sand in the children's paddling pool and the sediment on the walls of the pool - it probably shouldn't look like that. this time the spa wasn't used m - 5 years ago it was great. the smell of music treatments all at the highest level. Additional attractions: zoo and water safari - son was taken into the sky especially the lemurs entering our ship and posing for photos, sealarium also worth seeing. Everything is really good . but always must be some but . Breakfast in such a high-class hotel should be fresh and not be. You can see that some dishes were prepared earlier - dried cucumbers cut into slices is probably not the hotel's business card, just like the "shiny" mayonnaise on eggs. The restaurant service especially of "foreign" nationality is nice and extremely helpful so it should be everywhere but unfortunately the kitchen and the dishes 5 years ago were better. She was at that hotel in early October. After half an hour of waiting for the lady from the reception desk, it turned out that there was no reservation. Later it turned out that instead of the room with shower I ordered, she had a bathtub with the fact that she had only hot water in the tap and there was no cold, besides there was no light in the corridor, in the room the lamps also did not work because they did not have light bulbs, she had only one upper barely soaring yellow light. There was no heating in the room, no moisture and a lot of dust in the bathroom. Also after one night in this fantastic hotel she got so cold that she ended up with laryngitis. I reported 'em all at once to the lady at the reception desk but she didn't get me another room or any discount. I'll never go back there again and I don't recommend it to you either. We used the romantic package. We were given probably the worst room at the end of the corridor overlooking the parking lot. The room was cold, the heating was not working. The water under the shower between summer and warm. The bathroom was scandalously small and the towels were very rough. We were informed before arrival that there would be no problem with reserving a spa, while on the spot it turned out that reserving treatment dates is only possible at nine o'clock in the morning. The dishes with fatal cards . The cook has no idea about cooking. Cod was sticky and terribly insipid, while pureed from peas so salty that it is impossible to eat. Breakfast is average . Around nine o'clock in the morning it is difficult to find a place in the restaurant. The corridors in the hotel were dark and narrow (the last floor) . Feel the moisture. My husband and I spent three weeks in Villa York. We bought a rehabilitation package offering 3 treatments a day. The treatments and staff offering them were fine, other services were not. The food in the form of a buffet was monotonous, although fresh, the choice fell directly in proportion to the number of hotel guests. The food is barely summer food, although we have repeatedly asked for a hot meal. One time there were potatoes and 2 fried eggs, another time 3 (three) dumplings from the top of the pork crackers and fat. Generally the top of the potatoes, fatty soups and gestures until the spoon becomes hot. The rooms are small, tight, lined with dust-absorbing carpets. Hygiene left much to be desired. During a 3-week stay of 1 (SINGLE) once the room was thoroughly cleaned after prior intervention at reception. The cleaners did not hesitate to instruct me that since they have a lot of work to clean rooms after the weekend guests, I should not demand my cleaning and if I want to, I should pay extra. Garbage not taken out, towels not changed, beds not sent. We have been prescribed exercises in the gym - but only once did we manage to use it as a conference room, as a first-class party, and so on. The only plus (positive) were the nice ladies of the receptionists. Generally: I wouldn't recommend it, unless for a short weekend stay, you can avoid most of these problems. And by the way: why doesn't the hotel announce that for stays of 8, 15 days or longer, cleaning for an extra charge or on its own? __label__meta_minus_m
She used the hotel for the second time with the promotion of the price of accommodation - 39 or 49 PLN. I think that then the price is adequate to the quality. However, right from the beginning I have to mention that the whole hotel is 'squeaking'. It's like the sound of old CRT TVs or some smartphone apps that are used to produce high-frequency annoying sounds for the ears. This sound is steady with second breaks, I don't know if it's some air conditioning or some fire protection but unfortunately it's very annoying to the ears. From the plus point of view I can replace a pretty big bed, roller blinds blocking the window, so you can get some more sleep in the morning and various lights. The maids clean the room every day and change the bed linen With some worse things, as for me cushions are not cushions but something rectangular and la cushions are not sleeping, a little support is needed ; - ) The table underneath the TV is a little tiny, but it's fine. It's a shame that there's only one outlet next to the TV. There is also no bigger wardrobe or even a shelf to put things on. The shower is coeducational, i.e. transparent, completely basic but sufficient. It is also a pity that the towel is only one per person. For the price of 50 PLN it is a really affordable option not far from the center, so if I have to appear there again, I will definitely do it ; - ) __label__meta_plus_s

Two weeks before the visit, I made and paid the room to say that I wanted a deluxe with a baby bed. As it turned out I got a room with three single beds which the lady in the service joined in 1 claiming that they no longer have deluxe rooms with double beds, I wonder why they are on offer? The shower was damaged - no lighting, the heat was behind the seat, so in order to drip, I had to use an ordinary handset, no water regulation (very hot) and a few other cabin components, when the jacuzzi in the cabin was switched on, it started to stink. . . The hotel is very nicely located, right by the lake. We got a large and spacious room with a view of the lake, with no extra charge. Food on 5 + . There's something for everyone, from Italian to Thai and Polish cuisine. For the children there's a very nice playground with many attractions. A pool at a good level. Steam and dry saunas. Gym with very good equipment. The only downside is the poor cleaning of rooms. The main tasks of the ladies are changing towels and bedding. In my opinion, to a great improvement . I'll start with the pros. The hotel has potential. . . It is nicely located, the rooms are spacious and modern. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant seem to be trying, but nothing comes out of these efforts. . . The guilt probably lies with the people who manage this facility. We came for a romantic weekend, which due to the hotel's failure to meet the offer, we had to shorten. It was not until the next day after our inquiries that we were informed that the offer we had bought would not be realized due to too few people! ! ! A romantic dinner turned out to be a cold and unsavoury buffet. . . The wines which were to be presented by the sommelier turned out to be one species, and also sour and served by a scared waiter. Instead of relaxing, we were constantly surprised by the hotel's approach to customers. The location is a clear advantage of the hotel. At the beach itself, a wonderful view of the sea from the bar on the 6th floor and in our case only from there. The superior family room turned out to be a dark and cold (though clean) room with a view of the building, which provided us with an annoying wake-up call every day at 7am. On booking.com there is not a word about this nuisance - so be careful . The reception desk seems to have understood the problem, but in fact it did nothing but "gesture" to offer us parking for free. The service is generally friendly and kind, although there are some unpleasant exceptions: both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. In my opinion the standard of service is definitely below 5 stars. Frequent comments about the crowd in the main restaurant turned out to be unjustified. There was always a lot of space in the additional open room. Breakfast is quite tasty and varied. The a ' la carte restaurant turned out to be a failure: the time waiting for any dish was over an hour ( ! ) . It is said that it is connected with the reduced composition of the kitchen in the low season (seriously ? May weekend is low season for the hotel ?) Swimming pools, SPA area according to the description. Tidy, clean - although without any frenzy. Ordered treatment was cancelled two hours in advance. Both the place and the whole resort is recommended, clean, spacious rooms, daily cleaning service, next to every pool building, huge choice of food, at very frequent times. If you are looking to relax and unwind it is worth checking before your arrival whether the hotel restaurant has contracted any wedding. I did not check me and was an involuntary participant of such a wedding. Loud chopping of wedding melodies until dawn. Then a sharp cleaning after the wedding under the windows of the room. They are cheating the guests, we reported the number of people and on the spot they told us to buy another apartment because they found out that there are too many of us. The manager at the reception desk was not very nice to us until the whole thing was red out of anger and then he just ignored us without looking at us and not even saying good morning what would happen to him if only out of courtesy. The luxurious hotel in the Prudential high-rise building at Powstańców Warszawy Square was supposed to host the first guests before Euro 2012, according to the announcements of investors - Holding Liwa company. If this happened, it would probably be the first large luxury hotel in the capital. Unfortunately, works on the reconstruction of the facility and adaptation for the hotel faded in 2011. The official reason for this were the problems connected with conducting works on the building simultaneously with the construction of the second underground line. There were also discrepancies between the architects from "Bulanda , Mucha Architekci" office and the investor. The project envisaged a return to pre-war architecture, leaving some socialist realist details, but the authors feared that the investor would change the assumptions without agreeing with them and the building would become a hybrid combining art deco style with socialist realism. __label__meta_zero

One child threw up, the other got into a diaper which the parents at the table comment loudly, the third one bit the fourth one. Trying to have breakfast or dinner means standing in line for a table (the table is about 25 rooms over 100) and then for drinks and meals. The staff, although they try very hard to keep up with it - trying to wait for the dirty dishes to be cleaned means 45 minutes of waiting. Old hotel, partially renovated . Our room is renovated but the bathroom has old tiles from Gierek's times and a bath. There was a kettle with a set of tea and coffee. I really appreciate it after the trip. Delicious and very varied breakfast. There was really something to choose from - tasty and fresh. Hotel really in a great location, first class views. The rooms are clean, spacious. First class swimming pool - did not see em swimming pool with better views . . . The atmosphere is a little too official for our taste and the information about the required outfit in front of the restaurant can cause confusion, because not every guest coming to the mountains with children takes with him or her the Smart Casual outfit. Of course, he did not have em shirt, or even polo, was not invited, but such information seems unnecessary - the exclusive style of the restaurant should be represented by the service, prices and level of service, and not by the dress of guests. This hotel offers very good value for money. The location is good: there is a lift in the hotel which stops at the back exit of the hotel near the central part of Torremolinos. The beach can be reached in a few minutes from the front entrance of the hotel. The swimming pool is nice and I have not had any problems with renting a sunbed, although I admit that I was not there during the peak holiday season. I can't say a word about the restaurant because we didn't eat there once. They preferred to go to nearby restaurants instead, which are very different and much cheaper than 15 euros from the person that we would have to spend in the hotel restaurant (not counting drinks). It was a bit noisy here because of the large group of Scandinavians staying here, but they moved out after a few days and the hotel was quiet again. Our rooms were very clean and we didn't have any problems with cockroaches or insects, about which I read in other reviews. A very successful stay. We received an apartment close to the reception - a large living room, a separate bedroom and a large terrace. The rooms are modest but very clean, cleaned daily. The rooms are a bit poorly equipped, i.e. no glasses, plates, kettle. The beds are comfortable, but the cushions are very hard - they were asked to be replaced with softer ones and were replaced. There is a car park at the hotel, with a canopy that gives shade. The pool is small, but the water is clean and warm. The beds are a little bit small and have been occupied since the morning. For us it is not a problem, because we used to swim in the sea mainly. To Koukounaries beach 1km on foot from the hotel. The beach is wonderful, ideal for children. The minus is certainly breakfast. I was prepared for the monotony of these breakfasts, so I was not disappointed. No less, however, you can eat to the full. You can choose between sausages, hard-boiled eggs, fried mushrooms, beans, honey, jam, rusks, one kind of bun, one kind of sausage, cheese, canned fruit, white cheese, milk, flakes, orange juice, coffee, tea, croissant for dessert. No vegetables. There is a restaurant where you can eat quite decently. We ate mainly in the restaurant Under the Pine Tree, which serves kebabs, gyros and other Greek dishes. It is 400 meters away and you can eat really cheap and good. Gyros with chicken in a drink is 2 , 70 EUR , dishes 8 - 10 EUR , 1L water 1 EUR , beer 3 EUR . There is a bus stop next to the hotel to get to Skiathos. There are several beautiful beaches, such as Mandraki Elias, Agia Eleni, Agistros, 2-4 km away. Last year she was at the Krasicki Hotel as part of the delegation. This year she was going to go privately - after making an obligatory electronic reservation the hotel, without contacting me, issued an invoice for the obligatory prepayment to the workplace and sent it to the employer. The "unscrewing" of the whole thing turned out to be very time-consuming (several phone calls and e-mails). Finally, she heard a forced "sorry". The staff explained the confusion by the fact that my employer's details were already in the system next to my name and the invoice was "automatically generated". She did not ask me to issue it, it was supposed to be - as she mentioned m - a private stay, which she eventually gave up on m . In addition, the hotel initially made the return of the prepayment conditional on the cancellation of the invoice by the employer (sic!). In the end I managed to recover the paid amount. The total confusion, incompetence and the exposure of customers to unpleasantness is unacceptable in any facility, and especially in this one, it would seem, class! : ( __label__meta_minus_m
I think that as for the three stars that the hotel has, you can definitely recommend it. A room of frenzy didn't make such a standard of three stars with a bathroom and a balcony. At the pool I would say very calmly, free sun loungers can be found quietly. Two restaurants, four bars. The food is very good. Every day something different and a wide range of dishes. Everyone found something good for themselves. Location ok . 7 minutes to the beach . Quiet neighborhood, no parties around the hotel. Very nice service to help. Also to sum up, I can definitely recommend this hotel as well as the whole Benidorm. The thermal sea, there is always some place on the beach and the proximity of the mountains. The hotel is located at the inlet to the city, I drove 'em from Jelenia Gora, near a large shopping center. If you're planning on shopping, it's a good idea if you don't, it's not really where to go. I found a dirty disposable plastic glass in the bathroom in a fairly comfortable and clean room, a bottle of sparkling water in the bar (I just drink still and usually in the hotel I have a choice) and the lack of a glass to drink it, well, you can finally get out of the bottle! There is a kettle in the room and you can make yourself a coffee/tea. There is also LCD TV with a reasonable choice of channels. The staff is nice, the lady reacted immediately to a dirty glass. Well, if it wasn't for the mall, she wouldn't have a place to park, because the little hotel parking lot was collapsed, even though the reservation was with the parking lot. Many friends recommended us to the Owl Mountains, who decided to leave, we started looking for accommodation. The choice fell on Fregate. the pictures on the fb were very encouraging, but an alert nose said that there are no pictures of all the rooms. I started looking online and it turned out that the room we booked for a 3 day stay with small children is a total dark burrow. The paint was coming off the walls, dirty carpets and no balcony, plus bathrooms in terrible sanitary condition. Eventually we cancelled our reservations and found something nearby but we were still tempted by the frigate restaurant and wanted to see the lake. We went to dinner on Saturday. supposedly everything was fine. the restaurant was very climatic and all in all tasty food. the whole effect of psul only completely rude waitress, blonde with a tattoo on her neck, who screamed to the guests, commented on their behavior under the nose, she even bothered that she has to clean the table after guests. the lake is actually beautiful but the surroundings ie the shore and the area very dirty. They bought us a five-day package. Everything is exactly as described in the offer - accommodation, breakfasts, dinners, swimming pool, spa, internet and also tickets to the Salt Mine. In my opinion very good meals. Breakfast is a buffet, quite a big choice. The dinner package is in practice a choice of one or two sets: soup, main course and dessert. As far as soup and main courses are concerned: very good, desserts are excellent. I rarely eat desserts, but here you would probably want more. Just to be fully satisfied, be hungry when going to the restaurant, because the portions are quite solid and with dessert it may be hard to fit in. It's a shame to skip dessert. The pool is not huge, but you can swim. We also ordered massages - a pleasant relaxation. The mine is close, a short walk. The center of Krakow can be reached by train, the station is literally a few steps away - 20 minutes drive. Nice, helpful hotel staff. I really recommend. __label__meta_plus_m
Nice hotel located in a picturesque area. The courteous and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good equipment. The main restaurant offers a selection of dishes. There is surely something for everyone. The food was absolutely delicious. 5 * * * * * * for the chef! The restaurant was a bit knackered (old curtains) it is not a cheap hotel so I expected a little more at this price not paying for the stay. . . We were with friends for the weekend in this hotel, but we were disappointed, first of all, we still had problems with electricity, secondly, poor food, especially breakfast buffet - a small choice. As befits a 3-star hotel, the standard should be high, and here in the restaurant they sell Polaris ladybug water, which costs 50gr at a discount, and here it costs 5zł - laughter! ! ! In the rooms, the walls were cracked - we just hit the wall (room208), there is no air conditioning and I left my mobile phone in the room when she realized that I was not there anymore - the gentleman at the reception said first that they found the mobile phone and in a moment the thieves changed their mind. We were at the Manor Hotel in 2010 at the turn of July / August. It was very difficult to reach it by a dirt road (yes, dirt!), but the location (by the lake) can compensate for this. The lady at the reception greeted us oschle, that not to mention smile and started looking for our name from the reservation. My husband found it faster than you so he told her the number of the room on the list, to which you answered in an outrageous tone: "I think I know better! " . The first red light. The room was okay, except for the wallpaper coming off the wall and the lack of bags in the trash bins. Breakfast, however, unfortunately, did not surprise us - dirty (no, it was not crumbs from previous guests), tablecloths in the dining room, service staff absolute lack, the food was reported very rarely and not much. Another surprise was waiting for us after returning to the room (about 11:00 a.m.) - not working card to the room. As it turned out after the conversation with the lady from the reception desk, 'I thought that you've already recovered, so she blocked my card'. The bowling alley in the hotel and the location unfortunately will not make up for it. No , no , and again no . They also have books and other board games. From the hotel there are free transfers to the main square and vice versa twice a day, but you have to book about 15 minutes in advance. The room was exceptionally small and not as intelligently planned as described on the website - we had only two bags and even one of them could not fit into a hiding place under the bed. Although the breakfasts were very tasty, you could not fully enjoy them because the restaurant is practically in the lobby. In addition, our stay coincided with some promotional campaign of the company with light bulbs, which was set up with stands promoting the company and posters right next to the restaurant. Saturn Palace is an unusual place. Both the hotel and the Roman Terms have made a huge impression on us. The thermal baths are a paradise for sauna visitors. The building is very well equipped, great sauna sessions. We were also very pleased with the treatments. We used the wSPAnia³'s package to relax the two of us. The hotel is located 200 metres from Metaxurigo metro station from which there is only one station to Omonia Square where you can change metro lines. The neighborhood is not very cozy with a few local pubs with coffee bars. When you walk from the hotel to Omonia Square (15 minutes walk) you will feel like on the balconies, hundreds of Bulgarians of Albanian Romanians with full bags waiting to return to the country. The hotel itself is located in a 4-storey building with a steep staircase without a lift. Small rooms with a sink inside and a tiny TV without Polish channels and only CNN and BBC . The biggest surprise for me was that the toilet and shower were common for the whole floor (I did not read it during the reservation) and this is the biggest minus for me. Breakfast from 7 to 10 but poor ground cheese, boiled eggs flakes but what can you expect for 90 € for 3 nights! ! ! Unfortunately, not everything looks like the pictures. On good morning our daughter hit a pole standing almost in the middle of the biggest apartment. The pole is unprotected and has sharp edges. As for the center focused on the family and children is a bad idea. They made a phone call to the reception but it turned out that there is neither a doctor nor a first aid kit in such a big centre! The wound looked dangerous and blood was spilling. So we stayed alone with the problem and called the emergency room. It turned out that we had to take our daughter to the hospital. In the hospital the wound was stitched ( three stitches ) Generally nobody from the settlement was impressed by our phone or the ambulance. We will probably leave the matter to a lawyer. Hostel Astronom or Podgrodzie is basically a place where time has stopped. Such places have their own climate and if we dream of moving in the 80s, this hostel meets our expectations. It is not cheap, let's be honest (95 PLN for two without a bathroom and 120 with a bathroom). The place itself, however, despite many shortcomings such as broken shower, dirty walls can be recommended for one or two nights. At the Klimek Hotel, we were staying about a week, we had a super suite consisting of a large living room, bedroom, hallway and two bathrooms and a Jacuzzi. However, the spell was already gone on the first evening of dinner, which simply sucks. . . . . .as it later turned out, apart from the hotel guests, people from the guesthouses next to the hotel also came. The same night, it turned out that the heating in the apartment was turned off, after the phone call to the reception desk, it was turned on again. The next day we reported at the reception to not turn off the heating because there are small children with us and that we want to resign from dinner (or change to a choice from the menu card) and talk to the manager, but they dashed us. . . . . . . . .in the next two nights they also turned off the heating for us despite our requests and threats, it should be added that they turned it off back to the reception desk phone at night. An important issue is also the fact that during the first days our apartment was only cleaned after the phone call to the reception desk. Everything changed on the fourth day when we complained in writing about everything that was happening in this so-called hotel. The nice reception manager was trying to turn everything around so that it was good and she almost succeeded. However, I have to add this opinion because for staying in this hotel we paid more than 5500 zloty and certainly we will never come back because it does not deserve 4 *, it pisses off customers and tries to save on heating, just a farce. We booked two rooms from the holiday package at the end of October (many times confirmed by phone). The hotel staff was unable to send an e-mail with the reservation confirmation and payment details for a month. After the phone call 23 . 11 the lady again said that the reservation is up to date and will immediately send an email. the payment deadline is the end of November. After our e-mail with the request to send the data to be paid on 24 . 11 we receive an email back that our reservation has been cancelled. You can not talk to anyone competent. This was our 4th holiday in Greece and by far the worst hotel we've been in so far. Hotel in a quiet area and close to the Old Town. Small rooms with a bathroom separated by a glass wall (from the shower) from the room. You can of course cover yourself with a curtain, but you can only be comfortable if you are alone or in the company of someone close to you. . . PLUSSES: very good food (none of the European hotels had better food), great alcohol (the drinks and wine list saw no end of it), receptionists and bartenders speak English very well, the service is polite and funny (of course in the positive sense of the word :)). The reservation of the pool seats (at 8:30 a.m. the pool opens at the latest by this hour you must have a place on a deckchair or else you will be lying in the sun in the middle of the "square" all day long.) The beach in front of the hotel was paid for (it seems to me that the travel agency informed about the free hotel beach and, as it turned out, you have to pay 10 euros for two sun loungers and an umbrella). The deposit for towels on the beach (10 euros for the whole stay) As for the stay itself, I believe that the hotel is still worth recommending, however, ideal for families with children. Lots of animation for children and adults. In the hotel, the possibility of renting a car and bikes, but I think that in a town 2 km away from the facility prices are much lower for rent. A lot of flying machines over our heads ; ) Airplanes start flying from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. also seemingly bearable, but at some point (around noon) their traffic intensifies a lot. It is worth to visit the island in a hired car, but to make it run smoothly you need to familiarize yourself with the topography because one day to go around everything without knowing the area is not enough. The hotel is difficult for me to judge, because on the one hand it has a very good location, it is clean, they serve delicious breakfast (nice ladies waitresses) and the price is not comfortable, but a one-hour stay in the "Piascie" will completely spoil my reception staff. The hotel staff on the phone inform that they can order a taxi for me from the airport, but they need an order by e-mail. I send out the necessary information twice, the case even goes to the management before they graciously receive the order confirmation email and an apology. By the way, all the "confusion" I have to listen to information like, "I don't know what happened 3 days ago, I'm just starting work. We spent 2 nights there in September. The hotel is in a good, safe area, near the underground station. However, it is very noisy at night, especially if the balcony is on the street side. After reading the review I was angry with my husband that he chose this hotel, but fortunately the hotel surprised me pleasantly. She was in a four-bed room, he was big, we never got so big. Not far from the hotel is the carrefour (trolees), the motoring museum, the bus terminal. B.close, as if you were leaving the hotel on the street where there is the Museum of Cars, only on the opposite side there is a small grocery store with good low prices (some prices lower than in carref.), a fruit wheel. The location is great, not far from the sea, quite close by bus you can get to the village of Popeye (I recommend!!!) and to the ferry to Gozo Island. Nearby is also delicious and cheap sphinx pastizzeria (I recommend with peas). In the hotel you can rent an iron with ironing board, remote control for TV (5 euro deposit, but you can turn on TV without it), kettle (3, 5E per day), pool towels (6E / day, including 3 returns). There is a refrigerator, dryer and glasses in the room. The indoor swimming pool is renovated and looks much better, there is also a sauna and jazz musicians next to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the cordiality and real interest in me as a customer at NOVOTEL on Race Street. Despite the moderate prices of the stay, the staff is always ready to help, reactions to requests are immediate and arrangements are kept. I feel experience and professionalism, but also purely human kindness. I don't have to run around the lobby looking for anyone with service as it happens in some hotels / no matter how many stars! ! / . My stay in the hotel allowed me and my fiancée to relax perfectly. The spa and fitness area, room standard, room service and breakfast in the restaurant were on a very high level. The hotel is surrounded by forest on one side and on the other side there is a view of Jaworzyna Krynicka (the lower station of the gondola is 5 minutes walk). We wanted to spend a long May weekend with our wife in Cracow and the lady working at the reception desk offered us a place in a 4-person room with bunk beds instead of a 2-bed room with a large bed. We were 25. 04 together with her husband on duty . The price is 140 PLN a day, breakfast 20 PLN / person additionally paid on request. I think it's a good option if not all people use breakfast. Breakfast is a choice of sets with a hot dish and extras in large quantities. We have been given a spacious room a la suite (folded with 2 rooms with balcony). In the bedroom there is a large, comfortable bed for married couples, really comfortable pillows, a bit too thin a cushion. The bathroom was spacious, well lit, but the downside was a bathtub without a curtain. You had to be very careful when using the shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. The bedroom was a bit chilly. Plus a small fridge in the room. Very important for business travellers is the location in the centre, close to offices and institutions - on foot in a few minutes. On the 3rd floor we did not hear the city noise. Proximity to restaurants, shops, cafés, services, bus stops, also a few minutes on foot. The wind - the fi worked fine - we only used laptops. Very nice service at the reception and at breakfast. Very small car park at the back of the hotel, lockable. In front of the hotel there are many parking spaces available. The room has a safe, minibar, ironing equipment, LCD TV, bathroom with shower, hair dryer. The rooms on the lower floors are better, those in the attic have slants that can be a problem for taller people. He was with his family in that hotel for a week. If I'm to sum it up in one word: weakness. The arguments on the plus side : - location - to the lake near, the hotel is located on the sidelines so also far from civilization . - Food (lunches only) Arguments to the minus: - attractions in the hotel - on the website you can read that there is a bowling alley, wellness and spa area, gym, bajkolandia. I will describe them briefly. Bowling alley: you can write about it that there is a bowling alley. And that's it. Out of 3 tracks one is completely out of use, 2 others are in an almost agonal state. Bowling is constantly falling down, the track is curved . Wellness and spa area: this includes: a swimming pool, namely 2 pools (a small one for children about 50cm deep and a larger one about 170cm deep.) There is also a jacuzzi and 2 saunas. In the small pool, the water is cloudy, massacrically chlorinated, but relatively warm. In a large pool the water is cooler and a little less chlorinated. The Jacuzzi either did not work (no possibility of manual control of the nozzles from the panel on the bathtub), or was polluted with something. The saunas even worked, although I don't know if there was such a temperament in them as was displayed on the controllers. To this I must add that the ceiling was falling off at times and it was a little dark. Gym - in the room there were: stepper (damaged in my opinion), atlas - life-threatening - broken rope rolls, wipes on the backrests and rods. Orbiter - not working . 3 bicycles, one of which is relatively efficient. The defects were reported to me already on the day of arrival - it was drenched . The solarium and whirlpool were unfortunately not checked by me, but probably their condition is similar. Bajkolandia - short - SYF . The equipment to play destroyed, the trampoline destroyed and threatening safety, balls everywhere and not in the pool, sometimes exposed tubes (should be protected with a sponge). Reported defects - defects cast! . There are also a few vending machines, but additionally paid for, so they are working. Rooms: we had the misfortune to spend the night / visit in 3 rooms: 159, 157 and 124 . Because some of the rooms are designed for colonial groups so: handles in the door fall out, windows do not close, mushroom on the walls (159) . In 157 conditions a little better, but there is no ideal. In 124, after the rain comes out a mushroom on the walls and ceiling, night lights badly screwed on, threatening life and health. The air conditioning is but not cool. WiFi is but with me on 3 phones the connection was broken. Food - lunches ok - every day a little different menu, tasty. Breakfast every day the same (scrambled eggs with flour, sausage, croutons, sausages (unfortunately the cheapest)). The problem is that the service did not keep up with the change of service, so there were no plates, cups, hot water for coffee, often and the next portions of food. The rooms were not ready at 4 p.m. - the service is not done. Another problem - colonies - noise, mess, mess. Beach - close, but neglected, little sandy, additional attractions paid for (canoes, water bikes). To sum up . If you want to rest it is not there (colonies). A beautiful place, but not used. The hotel requires a huge renovation. The rooms are cleaned daily although very superficially, cutting through the ceilings. Unfortunately, there were cases of theft of money that were reported to Tui resident, but too little harmfulness of the deed remained unheard of. Aquapark quite cool kids can go crazy. A lot of objects with fornetti snacks, hot roads, hamburgers, popcorn etc . Monotonous food every day is the same and also moderately tasty. But the fruit is very much and watermelons are delicious. The weakest point of the hotel is unfortunately not the infrastructure but the service in the bar and reception desk and cleaning rooms. I WON'T BE AWARE of this weak word mean and shitty. . . . .these words don't convey it. Not only do they not understand English at the reception desk (neither do they understand Polish) even though we are in Europe, they do not even try to understand or say anything. Such a position should be held by someone who can speak English at least a little. When I went to pick up the CD delivered to the hotel, the receptionist did not understand what I was speaking to him, neither in Polish nor in English. He started to scream that he wouldn't give me the record she paid for because he doesn't know if it was for me even though she showed me the proof of payment. But he didn't understand what it was, and I speak English quite well. Of course she reported it to Tui's residents for which he apologized to me but it will not return the shame she had eaten in front of people. I spent a long weekend at the Lagotel Hotel from 8 to 11 May. I have to admit that for a 3-star hotel, the hotel looks pretty cool, even though the hotel is already old. My friends and I were occupying a triple room, my "extra" bed wasn't very comfortable compared to the girls' beds (such a little warning;) The room was clean, neat and neat and looked exactly like the pictures I saw on the hotel profile. In the built-in room there was a fridge and in fact, this ends the facilities in the room. The bathroom - maybe even though I had the feeling the bath wasn't very well washed and maybe just because of her age, she couldn't get any more clean. In the bathroom, there were towels and two dispensers attached to the wall of evil and shampoo in one. 2 Because our trip was "all inclusive" we were entitled to free drinks (although not all of the cards were free, some of them had to be paid for! ) Besides, there was beer, coffee, tea, juices, cocktails (from 19 to 24). The challenge - I'll start with the fact that there wasn't a lot of choice of meals, besides the warm dishes (including brekfast, lunch and dinner) I'd call it "typically English". For those who are demanding, the challenge may not be satisfactory, in my personal opinion it was a weak point of the hotel. The hotel facility - as I mentioned earlier - has its age and you can see it at every step, the big plus is the pool, the overall space is clean and well maintained. Hostel in an excellent location at a very low price. The service is nice and helpful, there is no problem with leaving your luggage or checking in early. The Internet is flashing, nicely decorated common space with TV, nice and clean bathrooms. The price includes free flakes for breakfast (and free always cool:). The room is modest, but nice and clean. From the courtyard under the window a beer garden, which is a bit disturbing, but at the reception desk you can buy ear stoppers (great plus!). If you stay for a longer period of time you may lack a cabinet for hangers (there is a chest of drawers), but we just didn't need it.
